Tactical Services Manager

Our client, an IT Services Leader requires a Tactical Services Manager.  
 
The ideal candidate would come from a background of Account Management, Service Delivery Management or Tactical Strategy Management with the following requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 10-15 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in a Management role of multi disciplinary teams
  • Customer focussed
  • Ability to solve problems and deliver result
  • I.T Degree or Diploma a distinct advantage
  • ITIL professional certification essential
 
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining and establishing quality client relationships
  • Identifying changes in the customer environment with regards to technology, business requirements and business units that would affect current business
  • Ensuring current and future SLA'S (Service Level Agreements) are properly documented, identified and understood by all parties
  • Ensuring targets are maintained and met by these SLA'S
  • Progress Reporting within the company
  • Manage customer complaints and resolution where necessary
  • Clearly understand the organizations overall IT strategy
  • Assist in informing all relevant stakeholders of key concepts of the IT strategy to ensure that it will be taken forward
  • Ensure all information within the service catalogue is accurate and up to date
  • Plan and manage support for knowledge management tools and processes
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Escalation Management
  • Overall staff management
